Helen, Georgia

Helen is a mountain town in northeast Georgia. It’s known for its vineyards and Bavarian-style buildings. Unicoi State Park offers a lake and campsites. Trails run through the Chattahoochee National Forest to the Anna Ruby and Raven Cliff waterfalls. In Smithgall Woods State Park, Dukes Creek is known for trout. Hardman Farm State Historic Site includes an 1870 homestead and the Nacoochee Indian Mound burial site. Is Helen Georgia worth visiting visiting? Helen is a unique and beautiful location where tourists can enjoy a small taste of German culture. With such a wide variety of activities and festivals, there’s no end to the fun you and your loved ones can have here.

Mi Casita Boricua Restaurant

For those who don’t know I live in North Carolina and I’m Puertorican (Boricua), so that means that in this state there’s no many options of Puertorican food, which I miss so much. But in our little trip to Georgia we googled it Puertorican food in Georgia, and we found this amazing and beautiful gem in Lilburn GA. The food it’s in another level, it taste just like home (Puerto Rico) or even better, their food is typhical and authetic, the flavor is incredibly good. And when you open the doors and enter in to the resurant is a mini Puerto Rico in Georgia, it feels like you’re in the island. We just stayed in GA for 2 days and we visited twice this restaurant, so definitely a 10/10, super recommended it.
